Q:What are your Guarantees?
A: 30 day guarantee from time of delivery. Choice of replacement or money back. This is items cost less shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges as this is a non-refundable cost. If shipping product back to us, it is at your expense. All returns must include invoice. Please check order once received. Cannot & will not give refund after 30 days. NOTE: No invoice with return NO CREDIT back.

A: Yes very secure we use(SSL) SECURE SOCKET LAYER. Your personal information is safe. You can tell this when in the check out process by the Gold lock at the bottom of screen & also by looking at the address bar you will see HTTPS before the address of website.
Q: What are your shipping Polices?
A:It takes 24-48 hrs to process all orders before shipped. We ship by UPS-Ground it takes about 7-10 business days for delivery after order has been shipped from our warehouse. We also offer DHL-Rush. This is not a overnight delivery it takes 2-3 business days. AirMail is only for orders to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands. NOTE: UPS & DHL do not ship to PO Boxes. Please if you are ordering & sending to a different address than your own make sure you give us the proper name & address of the receiptent. If the shipper cannot deliver because of wrong name or can't find address and the order is shipped back to us we will reship order out but will have to charge you for delivery again. We are not responsible for wrong information given to us.

A: We ship to the USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands. We do not ship International at this time.
